Location, Location, Location — Episode 10: Episode Ten

You are watching the episode Episode Ten Kirstie and Phil hit the pavements of Windsor and Maidenhead in a bid to find homes for Nicki and Damien, and Maria - who is returning to the UK after living in Switzerland for a decade. Nicki and Damien are in desperate need of a family home. They have a fantastic budget of £800,000 but they also have a rather interesting and at times conflicting list of requirements: Damien would like a watermill, solar panels and a room for a garden tree-house. Nicki on the other hand is more interested in the number of bedrooms. Meanwhile Maria is adamant that her new home has to be a bachelorette pad with the wow factor.
