You are watching the episode The Future of Collective Housing in Sege Park When they move in, at least 40 people will be living together in Malmö. But before that can happen they have to renovate what once was a mental hospital into a collective house. The idea is that it will be a home where the community spirit is central, but where the individual also can take place. There are plenty of ideas, but how will it turn out and will they be able to agree when nearly 3000 sqm are under construction?
