Christina Trevanion is in Warwickshire, where she visits the childhood home of William Shakespeare’s wife, Anne Hathaway. Built more than 500 years ago, the cottage near Stratford-upon-Avon was Anne’s family home. Christina learns that from the late 1700s, 150 years after Shakespeare’s death, tourists began flocking to see what they believed were items with strong connections to the young lovers. Meanwhile, at a nearby antiques centre in Long Marston, David Harper’s red team and Danny Sebastian’s blue team hope to buy profitable items to sell at Charles Hanson’s auction, but could it all be much ado about nothing?
